Phoenix Pinhead Mop
Like its namesake, the mythical Phoenix bird that lived for 500 years, then dove into the hot coals of a fire only to be reborn for another 500 years, the K.F. Phoenix Glasphalt yarn is created in the extreme heat of a 3,000 degree furnace.
The yarn on the outside is twisted and plied 5.5 turns per inch — twice that of any other glass fiber yarn used for roofing mops.
This Glassphalt yarn will emerge day after day from hot asphalt and gives its user a much longer life than regular fiberglass or even cotton mops.
